Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, we may no longer be able to cancel the order if it has already entered processing or dispatch preparation.

If the Order Has Already Been Processed

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you will need to wait until the order has been delivered and then request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
