If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility

The correct return address will be provided by our customer support team once your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as this may delay or invalidate your return.
Return Shipping Costs
If you ordered the wrong item, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item, you are responsible for:

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

clear photographic evidence.
If your parcel arrived visibly damaged, please send us photos of the packaging and item within 7 days of delivery.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the outcome of your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size or colour, please place a new order once your original return has been approved where applicable.
